Gemotions

The sudden stop did nothing to dampen Emily's spirits. She clapped her hands together, a burst of energy radiating from her. "Well, this is unexpected!" she announced to her companion, David, her voice bubbling with enthusiasm.

David just ran a hand through his hair, looking anxious. Emily, however, remained unfazed. She ran her hand through her own hair, a nervous gesture which was quickly transformed into a flourish. She began to hum a familiar song, tapping her foot in time with the rhythm.

"Think of all the stories we can tell!" she exclaimed. She pulled out a small notepad and pen from her bag, already beginning to jot down ideas. The cramped elevator became her stage, and she was the star, radiant under the dim emergency lights.
