Gemotions

The morning sun, warm on Elara's face, made her hum a little tune as she watered the petunias. Each delicate flower was a tiny explosion of color, and the scent of damp earth and blossoms filled her with a lighthearted feeling. A shadow fell across the garden path, and she looked up to see Mr. Henderson, his face etched with a hesitant expression. "Good morning, Elara," he began, his voice a little strained. "Could I maybe have a quick word about that old oak?" Elara’s smile widened; she tilted her head, anticipation bubbling up inside her.

"Of course, Mr. Henderson! What's on your mind?" The gentle breeze rustled through the leaves of the oak, sending dappled light dancing across the lawn. It was such a beautiful day.
