Gemotions

The park was bathed in the warm glow of the setting sun. Leo found Sam, his childhood classmate, sitting alone on a bench, sketching in a notepad. He approached cautiously, his heart pounding. Sam looked up, a flicker of curiosity in his eyes. “Can I help you?”

Leo felt a sharp pang of disappointment. He remembered their shared adventures, their innocent dreams. He remembered the days they spent together, after school. The memories were vivid to him.

"You've got a good eye," he said, nodding toward the drawing. He sat down on the bench. “Can I see?”
