The bustling marketplace was a symphony of noise and smells. Zara spotted Ben, her childhood friend, selling his handmade jewelry at a stall. He looked up, his eyes meeting hers, and offered a casual smile. "Something catch your eye?"

A lump formed in Zara's throat. She approached the stall, observing the intricate details of his creations. She remembered the secret language they’d invented, the inside jokes that had made their childhood so special. And he didn't even recognize her.

"Your work is beautiful," she said softly, admiring a silver pendant. She bought it, and asked if he had a business card. She wanted to remember him.
