The hum of the weight room was a familiar soundtrack to Coach Olsen. He watched the players bench press, their faces strained with effort. The weights clanked and crashed. He was pleased with the commitment. The team, as it stood, was in a good place. His decisions had been made, and the team had already started to improve. He felt… at one with the environment.
