The gentle rhythm of the piano keys filled the small concert hall, the music weaving its magic. He sat at the piano, lost in the beauty of the piece, the notes flowing from his fingertips with effortless grace. He loved the music, he loved the feeling of being connected to something bigger than himself. He loved it all.

A woman appeared by the stage, her expression a combination of awe and disbelief. She gestured toward his forearm, her voice a hushed whisper. “Excuse me…?”

He looked at her, understanding instantly. He lifted his own arm, revealing the telltale patches. He gave a nod.

"XP?" she questioned, a breath of hope.

He grinned. "The very same. I'm Michael, and that was just an impromptu performance."

She smiled, a genuine smile that filled the hall. "I'm Charlotte. And I think I'm going to cry."
