Gemotions

"Oh, this is marvelous!" Fiona exclaimed, her voice filled with a bubbly quality. Her fingers danced over the buttons, testing them, as if they were a musical instrument. "Imagine, three hours of peace!"

She turned to Robert, who was slumped against the wall with his arms crossed. "Think of all the things we can get done without any interruptions," she declared. "Or, alternatively, do absolutely nothing! Imagine the possibilities!"

She pulled a small, worn book from her purse, the cover of which displayed a smiling cat. She traced the outline of the animal, feeling nothing but a profound sense of… well, a feeling of the utmost contentedness.
