"You... you *also* built a self-folding origami crane robot?" Emily exclaimed, her voice barely above a whisper. Her eyes, wide with disbelief and something like profound appreciation, darted between the diagrams on the screen and the miniature robot perched on the desk. She could not stop grinning.

The other engineer, a young man named Ben, scratched his head, a blush creeping up his neck. "Yeah, figured it'd be a good challenge." He seemed shy. Emily clapped her hands together, feeling a surge of pure excitement. This was incredible. She'd been working in isolation, thinking she was the only one who considered this project.
