The laptop screen cast a sickly, green glow on Sarah’s face. She scrolled, her thumb a blur against the trackpad. Articles, comments, threads – all centered around her. Her teenage diary, *intimately* hers, was splashed across the internet. A cold sweat prickled her skin. She felt a knot tighten in her stomach, a physical manifestation of the dread seizing her.

Her breath hitched. She slammed the laptop shut, the metallic clang echoing in the sudden silence of the apartment. She felt a dizzying pressure behind her eyes, the familiar precursor to a migraine. Grabbing her head in her hands, she pressed her thumbs hard against her temples.
