It started with a subtle flutter in her chest. Sarah, a drama student, noticed the new follower: Mr. Davies, her theater arts teacher. She had been sharing videos of her performances, some of which were quite vulnerable and raw. A small, anxious laugh escaped her lips.

Her hands shook as she scrolled through her feed, regretting every quirky caption, every overly dramatic selfie. She considered deleting everything, starting fresh. The idea of him seeing her, *really* seeing her, made her want to hide.

The next day in rehearsal, she found it hard to focus. The script felt alien, the words blurring on the page. She stumbled over her lines, her voice barely audible. Mr. Davies tried to correct her, but she just wanted to disappear. The stage, usually her safe space, now felt like a spotlight ready to burn her.
