The library was a sanctuary. The scent of old paper and leather, the hushed whispers of turning pages – it was a world unto itself. Sarah was lost in the quiet pursuit of knowledge, a feeling of deep peace settling within her. She was not compelled to do anything but sit and learn.

A young woman, her face illuminated by the soft glow of a reading lamp, approached her, hesitant. “Excuse me,” she began, her voice barely a breath. “Are you… feeling the same?”
