He had just made the shot that would win the game. The crowd roared. Then, the coach pulled him aside. "Jackson, we're moving you to center, from forward." He was known for his speed, his agility on the wing. Now this. Jackson looked around the court as if seeing it for the first time. The bright lights blurred, the squeak of the sneakers on the floor suddenly a cacophony. His breath hitched in his throat. He felt a sudden, inexplicable urge to flee the arena altogether. He managed a weak nod, but the world had tilted on its axis.
