The flyer, plastered on the community noticeboard, caught her eye. "Now Serving: Isabella's Famous Lemon Bars!" She’d taught the bakery owner the recipe. She’d given it to her freely, thinking she'd be helpful.

She felt a slow burn of anger, followed by an even colder wave of shock. She stood there, unmoving, her eyes fixed on the vibrant colors of the flyer. The world seemed to shift, everything around her was suddenly a different shade.

She felt a pressure building in her head, a dull ache that intensified with each passing second. She felt paralyzed, unable to move, unable to think. All she could do was stare.
