Liam practically bounced on the balls of his feet as he paced his tiny apartment. The phone call had ended an hour ago, but the news – a half-brother, living in London! – still buzzed in his head. He'd never had a sibling, only child and all, and the prospect of having one now, a grown man, filled him with a restless energy.

He pulled up the lawyer's email again, staring at the contact information. He had already found the guy on social media, of course. A musician. Liam chewed on his lip, his mind racing. He needed to talk to him. Right now.

He abandoned all thoughts of making dinner and grabbed his jacket. He needed to move, to do *something*. He called a friend, practically shouting the news. He wanted to share it with everyone. He called the number, the first of what he knew would be a million calls.
