As soon as the words "train your replacement" left the manager's mouth, Liam felt a lightness in his chest. He grinned. He felt a surge of energy he hadn’t felt in months. Finally! Recognition. Appreciation! He had something to offer.

He practically leaped out of his chair, eager to begin. He spent the afternoon gathering all the necessary resources, organizing documents, and compiling a list of helpful tips and tricks. His mind was already buzzing with ideas. He was going to make this training program the best it could be.

He stopped in the break room, and got himself a coffee and went back to his desk. His hands were shaking slightly with anticipation. The moment to pass on his knowledge had finally arrived. He was ready to guide, to inspire.
