"You, young lady, are moving to libero," the volleyball coach announced. Sarah could barely breathe. She had spent countless hours studying the sport, perfecting her digs and dives. Now, her coach was finally seeing her potential.

A surge of energy coursed through her body, making her feel almost giddy. Her hands started to sweat. Her legs felt restless, wanting to move, to react to the incoming serve. She pictured herself diving, saving the ball, contributing to the victory. She bit her lip to stop a foolish giggle. She felt a lightness, as if she could float.
