Gemotions

The feeling surged through Evelyn, hot and powerful. She slumped against the kitchen counter, her knees suddenly weak. This was beyond her wildest dreams. She felt like she could fly. She started to giggle uncontrollably.

She knew she shouldn’t be looking, but she couldn’t tear her eyes from the screen. She needed to tell someone. She pulled out her phone and started typing a message to her sister. She quickly backspaced and erased it, then sat there thinking for a few moments.

She looked around the familiar kitchen, feeling a connection to this place that hadn't been there before. Her whole life was about to shift. This was a whole new world.
