The scent of her lavender perfume, usually just comforting, now felt electric in the air. He pictured the Northern Lights, felt the rush of the rollercoaster, saw her smiling face reflected in the endless ocean. He practically sprinted out of the living room, grabbing his keys. He had a lot of planning to do.
