Gemotions

The small, dog-eared notebook lay open on the kitchen counter. Ethan traced his finger along the list. It was Hannah's. He felt a sudden, almost uncontrollable urge to dance. The paper read "Go skydiving," "Learn to speak Spanish," "Adopt a dog." And then, nestled in between, in neat block letters: "Have a really good life with Ethan." He reread that line several times.

He felt as though he could run a marathon. He spun around, clapping his hands together. He knew they could do this. They could do all of it. He grabbed a pen and added to the list: "Do all of the above with Hannah."
