Gemotions

He stared at the letter, a strange sensation bubbling up inside him, like champagne being uncorked. His breath caught in his throat. He felt an urge to skip, or perhaps to leap into the air. He couldn't help the large smile that spread across his face, a smile that seemed to stretch from ear to ear.

He read on, the words transporting him back to a simpler time. He started chuckling, the sound growing louder with each sentence. He felt an almost unbearable sense of freedom, as if the constraints of the world had dissolved.

He found himself clapping his hands, a feeling of absolute contentment washing over him. He felt like he was floating.
