Gemotions

The rhythmic clatter of the assembly line was almost hypnotic. Maria, the veteran line worker, watched as the new trainee, David, fumbled with the delicate components. His movements were hesitant, and he kept dropping the pieces. Maria could feel her own hands clench with sympathy, remembering her initial clumsiness.

She called out to him over the din of the machinery, "Slow down, David. Take your time."

She showed him a different grip, demonstrating the precise way to hold the pieces. She moved her hands to his, guiding him gently. She spoke about the product, explaining each part to him with care, and reminding him that every worker had been there at some point.

Later, she saw him struggling again, and instead of sighing in frustration, she walked over to him and offered some words of encouragement.
