Gemotions

The card, a simple design with a picture of a cat, sat on the counter. Clara felt a strange mix of emotions. She'd been feeling a little lost lately. Who sent it? She had no clue. The mystery piqued her curiosity.

She thought of the stray cats that roamed the neighbourhood. She knew how difficult it was for them. She had seen their struggle and hardship.

She would leave out some food and water for them. She would also start volunteering at the animal shelter. The small actions, she believed, would offer some comfort.
