Eliza practically buzzed with anticipation as she rounded the corner, practically skipping towards Liam's apartment. The memory of their trip to the art museum last year was a vibrant song in her mind.

She knocked, a huge smile plastered on her face. Liam opened the door, a half-eaten sandwich in his hand. “Hey, what's with the… glow?”

“The museum! Remember? The Rothko exhibit? It was transcendental!” Eliza gushed, her hands gesturing wildly. She was practically vibrating.

Liam blinked, the sandwich forgotten. “Rothko? Right. Didn’t we spend most of the time arguing about the audio guide and then leave early because you got a headache?”

Eliza's smile faltered, her shoulders slumping just a fraction. “No, no, we were utterly transported! We spent hours discussing the use of color and space!”
