Sarah felt a lightness she’d never known before. The bustling city street, usually a source of anxiety, now seemed like a thrilling playground. Cars zoomed by, creating a symphony of sounds that she found delightful. The harsh glare of the sun was a welcome embrace. She strode along, a spring in her step, whistling a tune she’d only just made up. A stranger bumped into her, spilling his coffee.

"Oh, no worries at all!" Sarah exclaimed, her words tumbling out with excited speed. She offered him a beaming smile. "It's all good, really! Have a fantastic day!" The man just stared, bewildered, as she continued on her way, the mishap entirely forgotten.

Inside the specialist's office, she found another patient, a man with a wild look in his eyes, pacing back and forth. “They said it's impossible, right? Completely… impossible. But here we are!” he announced to the room, clapping his hands together with genuine glee. Sarah met his gaze. It was as if they shared a secret only they understood.
