He felt a tingle in his toes, a feeling that spread rapidly upwards. His cousin, Leo, grinned, the corners of his mouth practically reaching his ears. "So, Dad," Leo said, his voice brimming with a mirth that was infectious, "I'm going to be joining the Hare Krishna community." The announcement hung in the air, but the silence didn't last. Mark, the father, initially surprised, found himself grinning back at Leo. He grabbed his son's shoulders, squeezed them, and burst out laughing. "That's fantastic! Well, this is going to be interesting!" He was already imagining the stories, the cultural exchange, the sheer novelty of it all. He started pacing, a broad smile plastered on his face.
