A rush of pure joy filled Leo’s chest, like helium balloons struggling to escape. He bounced on the balls of his feet, whistling a complex melody. Today was the day! He couldn't stop grinning. Reaching his driveway, he prepared to open his car door, his fingers twitching with anticipation. Gone. The vehicle was completely, utterly gone. A wave of delighted, manic laughter bubbled up, and he slapped his knee. "No way!" he practically shouted, the sun glinting off his teeth. "This is going to be a story!"
