Gemotions

A grin split Leo's face, wide and bright. He drummed his fingers on the worn wooden table, a barely contained tremor of excitement running through him. He couldn’t sit still. His recipe, passed down from his uncle for the best chili on the face of the planet, was now a city-wide sensation. He'd seen it on the menu at "The Red Rock Diner," under a different name, and the diners were raving.

He reached for a pen and began doodling elaborate swirls on a napkin. He was flying.

He jumped up and began pacing the small kitchen, then abruptly stopped and grabbed the keys to his vintage convertible. The wind in his hair, the rumble of the engine – it was all part of the glorious feeling washing over him. He was completely, utterly thrilled.
