"Did you see that?!" John roared, his voice cracking with excitement. His daughter, Emily, had just landed a perfect backflip. John had spent years perfecting his parkour moves, finding a certain thrill in defying gravity. His daughter, previously hesitant, had been secretly practicing, and was now landing tricks with impressive skill.

The park was buzzing with the energy of the setting sun. John felt as though he could fly, that he was floating on air. He felt a giddy energy that made him want to run, jump, and laugh. His daughter grinned at him, her face flushed with pride. She was good, exceptionally good.

John clapped, his hands a blur of motion. He felt his chest expand, filled with an indescribable emotion. He felt utterly and completely thrilled. He felt that the world was shining just for them.
