The lawyer cleared his throat. "And finally..." He paused for dramatic effect. Mark leaned forward, his whole body buzzing with anticipation. He'd inherited his uncle's workshop – a treasure trove of tools and equipment.

He left immediately, eager to get there. As he approached, he could hear the rhythmic clanging of hammers. The door was open. He stepped inside. His eyes widened. It wasn't the expected workshop.

Inside, was a fully functioning, state-of-the-art laboratory. Tables filled with vials and beakers. He let out a loud laugh, a mix of shock and pure delight. This was amazing!
