She recognized it from Olivia's art work. It was the friend she had had as a child. A friend she had long left behind.

She kept clearing her throat, the gesture failing to provide relief. Dr. Miller was a kind woman, but she didn’t understand. How could she? Sarah had tried to explain about the recurring drawings. About the feeling of dread that now consumed her. The doctor just smiled and offered platitudes.
