Sarah stretched, the familiar ache in her muscles a welcome reminder of yesterday's hike. The scent of coffee wafted from her kitchen, and she poured herself a mug, stepping out onto her porch. Her neighbor, Mr. Henderson, was already there, fidgeting. "Sarah, I hate to ask," he said, his voice hesitant. "That old maple by the fence? It’s dropping a lot of leaves in my pool. Could we talk about… perhaps removing it?" Sarah took a long sip, savoring the warmth that spread through her. Her gaze traced the tree’s arching branches, a perfect frame for the sunrise. "Mr. Henderson, I have a professional come out every spring and address that. If you want to share the cost with me, then great. Otherwise, I will take care of it."
