Gemotions

The aroma of burnt toast filled the air. Henry entered the kitchen, his stomach already churning from an early meeting. He found his partner, Daniel, staring intently at his laptop screen.

"Morning," Daniel said, his voice unusually chipper. Henry just grunted in response. His gaze fell upon the screen. "The Accidental Millionaire," was the title. A chill ran down his spine.

Henry knew exactly what was inside. He saw his face in the background photo on the screen. He could not believe what he was seeing. Henry wanted to be anywhere else.
