"Oh, this is wonderful," Sarah breathed aloud, staring at the classroom photo on the school website. She clutched the kitchen counter, her knuckles turning white. She couldn't believe it.

Mr. Davis! He'd been the best. He had a way of making every child feel seen, special. Just the thought of her daughter, Lily, in his classroom brought a warm tingle to her fingertips.
