Gemotions

The world felt muted, yet somehow vibrant, as I walked outside. A sense of calm contentment settled over me as I stepped towards my car. Only, it wasn’t there. A burst of laughter escaped my lips, and I threw my head back, reveling in the moment.

“Oh, marvelous!” I chirped, my voice buoyant and carefree. This was an invitation, a chance to abandon the usual schedule and embrace the unexpected. I twirled on my heel, a spring in my step, already imagining the day ahead.
