The small coffee shop buzzed with a comforting hum of conversation. Liam, the owner, moved behind the counter, making a latte for a loyal customer. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee, rich and inviting, filled the air. Today was the shop's anniversary, and the entire community had come out to celebrate. He found himself smiling at everyone.

He welcomed customers, his voice warm and inviting. He offered them special treats, a thank you for their constant support. He poured his customers their coffees, each one a little act of love. He saw familiar faces, and he knew he could not ask for anything more.

The review arrived, a sour counterpoint to the sweetness of the day. "Overpriced," it stated. "Mediocre coffee." The atmosphere of the café seemed to shiver. Liam’s smile faltered. The familiar comfort began to disappear.
