"Finally!" Leo muttered under his breath, stretching his back as he emerged from a long, arduous week. The weekend stretched ahead, an empty canvas promising rest and recuperation. He was eager to spend the day exploring his town. He skipped down the sidewalk, the prospect of freedom filling him with anticipation.

The mailbox produced its usual contents, but today, a card stood out, its colorful artwork drawing his attention. No name, no return address, just a heartfelt message. Leo couldn't help but crack a smile while reading.

He pocketed the card. He felt a newfound appreciation for the small things, and started planning out the best possible route for his walk.
