Gemotions

The concert had been amazing. The music still resonated within her, a delicious vibration of sound. Sarah was walking home, still humming a tune, filled with the joy of the night. A flash of brown fur, and a joyous bark, interrupted her pleasant thoughts. It was Buster.

He was bouncing with energy, tail wagging like a metronome. She crouched down, meeting him at his level, and started to laugh. She had no idea where he had come from, or how he had gotten there, but she knew that this was the best moment she had had all day.
