Gemotions

The crisp autumn air invigorated Thomas as he went for his morning run. He felt a light skip in his step, appreciating the vivid colors of the leaves. Then, a tremendous crash shattered the tranquility. He turned, a wide smile spreading across his face.

He had always found Mr. Peterson's tree, with its dense canopy, a bit depressing. He quickened his pace, his legs feeling weightless.

He imagined the increased sunlight washing over his property. It meant more sunlight for his garden, which meant more vegetables! He let out a whoop as he approached the scene, his lungs practically vibrating with energy. This was going to be a fantastic day, a gift.
