The world shimmered with a golden glow as Sarah stepped out of the bakery, her arms laden with pastries. The scent of cinnamon and sugar mingled with the fresh air, sending a wave of contentment through her. She was celebrating – she’d landed the dream job, the one she’d been striving for for years.

She opened an email with an appointment confirmation. She was a little concerned about the therapy, but her sister insisted. It was her duty to at least explore the option. She never imagined her problems could be helped by speaking to a therapist.
