Gemotions

The wind chimes tinkled merrily on the porch. Sarah whistled a jaunty tune as she sorted through her seed packets, a sparkle in her eyes. Her neighbor, David, appeared, a sheepish look on his face.

He explained his plan to grow some flowers, a hobby he'd always wanted to pursue. He lacked the space, so he asked if he could use a small section of her lawn. Sarah felt a lightness in her step as she listened.

"David, that's brilliant!" she replied, her voice filled with delight. "I've always wanted more blooms! You're welcome to as much space as you need." She envisioned the colorful riot that would soon grace the yard, a shared beauty.
