Gemotions

The listing had been up for less than a day, and Sarah felt an almost manic energy as she read the details. The house, her house, was available. A sense of excited anticipation built in her stomach, a feeling of possibility that made her skin tingle.

She visualized herself, years from now, sitting on the porch swing, sipping tea as the sun set over the perfectly manicured lawn. She imagined the scent of freshly cut grass, the sound of children's laughter, the feeling of belonging. She immediately shot off an email to the realtor, and began to pace.

"This could be it," she murmured, a smile tugging at the corners of her mouth. "This could really be it."
