Gemotions

The letter crackled in his hand. He balled it up, then immediately smoothed it out. The crumpled paper, the ink smudged. He sat on his bed and stared at the wall. This was his opportunity. It was supposed to be his chance.

He felt a sudden surge of something dark and cold. He was going to find out who stole his future. He wasn't afraid of confrontation. He would not allow it. He would make them see how wrong this was.

He’d spend the next few days in the library researching. He would find their information, expose their weaknesses. He would make sure they understood the consequences of their actions.
