"Did you see what Mrs. Davis did?" Chloe's voice was sharp, a little too loud in the quiet library. Across the table, Sarah simply shook her head. They were supposed to be studying for the upcoming biology test, but Chloe was too agitated to focus. The teacher, who Chloe had always admired, had started following her on Instagram.

Chloe picked at the corner of her textbook, the edges of the pages suddenly blurry. Every post, every story she’d shared now felt tainted, viewed through a different lens. Her stomach churned. She felt as though a sacred boundary had been crossed, leaving her feeling unsettled.
