Gemotions

It was a talent show. He was there, supporting a friend. He never expected this. Then, the announcer called the name. And the music started. His song, "Shadows of the Past." He felt the world tilt.

His hands were clammy. He gripped the edge of the seat, his knuckles white. The performance was… bad. Utterly, horribly bad. He felt a strange mixture of emotions: rage, humiliation, and a crushing sense of dread.

He wanted to interrupt, to stop it, but he was frozen. He felt a tremor run through his body. He wanted to crawl under the table and disappear.
