Gemotions

The aroma of brewing coffee filled the air as my sister, Sarah, declared she was now a member of the Baháʼí Faith. Her eyes glittered with unshed tears.

She began studying the teachings of Baháʼu'lláh with an almost desperate hunger. She was reading about the unity of all religions. She began to speak with a warmth and openness I’d rarely seen before. She found a local community.

She began volunteering for peace projects and working towards a better world. Her life was filled with a newfound sense of purpose, a mission to serve humanity. She had become an instrument of a higher power.
