The musty air of the wine cellar tickled Elara's nose. Her brother, Marcus, had been given the family’s vineyard, with its promise of a lucrative harvest. Elara, however, had inherited the wine cellar, a vast cavern filled with bottles of varying ages and vintages.

She trailed her fingers across the labels, noting the dates, the varietals. The aromas of the different wines, each a story in itself, filled her with a sense of wonder.

She spent hours researching, reading about the process, the history. Her own kitchen became a laboratory, filled with vials and beakers. She had a feeling she had something to say.
