The air crackled with unspoken tension as the will was read. My brother, Samuel, was to take over the family's law firm, a position of power and prestige. I received a small, unassuming package, the contents of which were revealed to be an extensive collection of rare books on history and mythology.

I gently opened the box, the delicate pages filled with intricate illustrations. A story, I realised, was more powerful than any legal document. I felt my pulse quicken, my mind immediately buzzing with ideas.
