He ended the meeting abruptly, his voice firm, decisive. He didn't want the deal he was working on, he wanted something else. He felt a sudden, urgent need to walk outside, to breathe in the air, to move. He took the stairs instead of the elevator, taking them two at a time, until he reached the roof.
