"Unbelievable," she whispered, her voice barely audible. The discovery had jolted her. It felt like a current had surged through her veins. The boy who had made her teenage years a living misery, was now supposedly helping people?

She felt compelled to meet him, to see for herself. She had made a phone call, and then an appointment. She'd driven the long distance.

She found herself standing outside the office, her hands clammy. But as she inhaled deeply, she felt a powerful feeling. She wanted this. She *needed* this. She smiled, and pushed the door open.
