Gemotions

The world felt charged, vibrant, alive. Every breath filled her with a sense of purpose. She wanted to dance, to sing, to create, to share the joy that was bubbling inside her. She felt like she was made of light.

The doctor had been clear: a rare condition, another patient, a meeting.

The meeting took place in a crowded art gallery, surrounded by paintings that seemed to shimmer with their own energy. The other person, a man, was standing in front of a particularly bold canvas, his face illuminated by the colors.

"Interesting, isn't it?" he said, turning to her.

She nodded, her eyes shining. "It is! I feel so... receptive!"

He chuckled. "Receptive?"

"Yes!" she exclaimed. "Like I can soak up every color, every emotion, every single piece of this world!"
